We are pleased to announce that the 550 West Chelsea Residences EB-5 Project is now fully subscribed, successfully completing its investor recruitment process.
Located at 550 West 21st Street in Manhattan, New York, the project features 83 luxury condominium residences with the project successfully raising $60 million in EB-5 capital from 75 investors.
The project has achieved several key milestones, including I-956F approval, satisfaction of the required EB-5 job creation targets, with construction on track for anticipated completion in Q4 2027.
With the EB-5 offering now fully subscribed, the EB-5 project has moved to the next phase of the development.
