The Project is being developed by HomeFed Village 8 III, LLC, which is owned by HomeFed LLC, the owner of the Project site, and serve as the Job Creating Entity for this Project. HomeFed LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jefferies Financial Group Inc.
