Koloa Village I EB-5 Project
We are pleased to share the latest progress update for the Koloa Village I EB-5 Project in Kauai, Hawaii. Construction of the 60 unit residential phase, “Kauhale at Koloa Village,” is nearing completion. To date, 32 homeowners have successfully closed and moved into their homes, with an additional 8 closings expected within the next few weeks.
Based on the latest update, completion of the Kauhale at Koloa Village residential phase is now anticipated by late September or early October 2026. Meanwhile, development of the 64 unit South Koloa Town phase is anticipated to commence in Fall 2026.
Koloa Village II EB-5 Project
Koloa Village II EB-5 Project represents the next phase of development in South Koloa Town, adding 100 new residential units to the community. Building on the tremendous success of Koloa Village, this next phase continues the development of a vibrant residential community in one of Hawaii’s most desirable locations.
As a Rural TEA project, Koloa Village II offers investors the potential benefits of priority processing and access to EB-5 visa set-aside visas. We are currently raising EB-5 capital for this next phase of development, providing investors with an opportunity to participate in the continued expansion of the Koloa Village community.
